Timing, Rhythm, and When to Post for Attention
Launch library · evergreen read

Platforms have their own rhythms, shaped by when their particular audience tends to be active, relaxed, and willing to pause on something new. Posting into a quiet window can mean a strong piece of content never gets the early momentum it needs to build any real, sustained attention around it before the moment passes.
These rhythms are not identical across platforms or even across audiences on the same platform, since different communities keep different hours depending on habits, time zones, and how they use the app throughout their day, whether in short bursts or longer, more dedicated sessions of attention.
Understanding a platform's rhythm is less about finding a single perfect hour and more about noticing the pattern of your own specific audience, since a schedule that works for one type of content or community may do very little for another built around a completely different rhythm of daily attention.
