How often an account posts can influence how much reach each individual post ultimately receives, since a consistent cadence gives a platform's systems a clearer, more reliable pattern to learn from compared to sporadic, unpredictable posting that happens without any real regularity behind it. A pattern the system can rely on tends to be rewarded more consistently than sporadic bursts of activity.
